Any information collected is used solely for the mutual understanding of our performance as well as meeting our End-user's needs, and is not shared with ANY outside party -- except as needed to assess the site performance, maintenance issues, or as required by a legal law-enforcement request. Some non-personally identifiable information maybe disclosed (amount of users currently active, time spent, entry points, exit points, referrers, browser types used, OS used, IP and city locations) for the sole sake of identifying trends, assisting Sub-Contractors in product interest, and ultimately tailoring our site to provide what our user's need and want.

  • We do not use cookies
  • We do not use "clear GIFs" (aka web bugs)
  • We do not use third party advertising
  • We do not collect personally identifiable information

Be aware of any links contained within our site that lead to other locations, these seperate web sites have their own individual terms of use, which in most cases will not follow our policy. This privacy statement covers the use of information on this site only, and does not cover any other affiliated or unaffiliated parties.

    Links:
This Web site may contain links to other sites, most notably, affiliated companies, and our mutual clients (client portfolio listing, case studies, etc.). Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site (Sienna Creative Works).

    Log Files:
We do, like most standard Web site servers, use log files. This information collected includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information, but can indirectly lead to city identification.

    Profile Information:
From the log files we may collect and store this aggregate information, creating a profile of our users at-large. A profile is stored information that we keep on users "in general" (aggregate), that details their viewing preferences. Collected information is not tied to the users personally. These profiles are used to tailor a user's overall visit to our Web site, and to direct pertinent marketing information to these client groups in whole. These general (non-persnoal) demographic profiles maybe shared in future use.

    Legal Requests:
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose any information collected when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

    Partners:
From time-to-time we may share aggregated demographic information collected from log files with our partners. The purpose of this is solely to gauge the overall performance of our site, and its ability to meet the needs of our consumers. This information is shared in strict confidentiallity only.

    Service Providers:
From time-to-time we may share aggregated demographic information with our own hosting company (Internet Service Provider), purely for assessment of internet traffic and maintenance reasons and issues only. This information is shared in the strictest confidentiallity.

    Business Transitions:
Please be aware that should we ever go through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, this aggregate information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

    Notification of Changes
If we need to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

If, however, we are going to use user's personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. However, if users have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our Web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post a notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
