At MDS we know that you cannot inspect quality into a product.  Quality is attained and maintained through solid processes from beginning to end.  We listen carefully to our customers to understand the key characteristics of each product and combine that with our knowledge of the processes being used.  We then develop a tailored quality system for your product that emphasizes process control and in-process inspection.  The whole goal is to uncover issues at the earliest point in the process and to keep rejections in the factory so that you don’t have to deal with unsatisfied customers.  Depending on the product, the quality system may specify multiple random inspections, 100% inspection, statistical quality inspections, statistical process control or a combination of methodologies.  It all depends on your needs.  We will then generate the quality system documentation for you that includes engineering requirements and the inspection system.
