We have ongoing relationships with several different injection molding factories in China that produce high quality, low cost parts for many well known US companies.  We have access to hundreds of injection molding machines ranging in size from 50 to 800 tons.  We have found that over the years the quality standards in China have improved to a level that is on par with many North American molding shops.  The major difference is in the price.  Lower operating costs in China normally result in savings of at least 20 to 30 percent over what you can find in domestic factories.  Sometimes the savings are much greater.  We recommend having us work with the factory during tool approval, final product inspection  to help ensure that you receive parts that meet the quality levels you specify.

DOMESTIC
If your product requires special injection molding processes, faster turnaround, or if you have lower quantity requirements, we can source your part with domestic factories that meet the most stringent quality, cost, and schedule requirements.  Depending on your needs, MDS can pair you with prototyping shops that use low cost tooling and can provide turnaround times of only days.  We have over a decade of experience with injection molded parts and process development.  We'll make sure the job gets done right and at a price that is highly competitive.
